Travelling to the clinic

Our services are available at the One Heart Clinics in Harley Street and Marylebone. These clinics are within a 10-minute walk away from the following London Underground stations:
- Oxford Circus (via Central, Bakerloo, and Victoria lines)
- Bond Street (via Jubilee, Central, and Elizabeth lines)
- Great Portland Street (via Metropolitan, Circle, and Hammersmith and City lines)
- Regents Park (via the Bakerloo line)
- Baker Street (via Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith and City, Jubilee, and Metropolitan lines)
For those who drive, pay-and-display on-street parking is available at both locations. Nearby Q-Park parking garages (Queen Anne Mews and Cavendish Square Gardens) are also available a short distance from either clinic.
Running late
If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to see you and will have to arrange another appointment.
Please call us on 02039838001 if you are running late.
Please give us 24 hours’ notice before cancelling your appointment, as it may be difficult to reschedule you for a future appointment.
What to bring with you
When booking your appointment, we will discuss anything specific you may need to bring with you.
If you are new to the clinic, it may also be helpful to bring:
- Your full address and telephone number(s)
- GP referral letter
- A list of questions you may want to ask your consultant
It would also be helpful to bring details about any medicines you’re taking, any drug allergies you have, and details of any diagnoses, heart operations, or procedures you’ve received before.
During your appointment
When you arrive
When you arrive, go to the reception desk, and a member of our team will check you in.
Ideally, please ensure you are 5-10 minutes early to your appointment time.
Whom will you see
You will see our expert Consultant Cardiologist, Dr Ravi Assomull, at your appointment. During your initial consultation, he will discuss your symptoms, family, and health history to understand your condition better.

After your appointment
Before leaving
We encourage you to ask Dr Assomull as many questions as possible during your appointment.
Before you leave, make sure you have an understanding of:
- What might be wrong with your heart or a given diagnosis
- Whether any further tests are needed
- Whether a follow-up appointment needs to be arranged
- Your next steps
We will work together to make sure you get the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment based on your needs.
Booking a follow-up appointment
If you require additional tests, further investigations into your condition, or need to discuss your future treatment plan, our admin team will book a follow-up appointment after your initial consultation.
